If you do not have a comprehensive Kent RO AMC, the following consumables are chargeable. These have a specific life depending on your raw water quality.

Important Terms & Conditions
- Renewal Penalty: If AMC is not renewed within one month of expiry, a service charge of ₹300 (Domestic) or ₹450 (Elite) applies plus the cost of spares.
- Backdate Waiver: If you renew the AMC from the back date (original date of expiry), the service charges are waived, but you must pay for any spares needed immediately.
- Exclusions: The contract does not cover painting of the body, top/bottom, or chrome plating of nuts and bolts.
- Shifting Charges: In case of a change of address, a shifting/reinstallation charge of ₹600 is applicable. The contract is valid only within city limits/NCR.
- Service on Demand: Services are provided on demand in the event of a breakdown. No periodic service is automatically given for standard contracts.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the RO Membrane covered in the Standard ₹2000 Plan?
No. The Standard Kent RO AMC (₹2000) covers labor and electrical parts like the pump and adapter. Consumables like the RO Membrane, Sediment Filter, and Carbon Filter are charged extra.
What happens if I miss my renewal date?
If you renew after one month of expiry, you will be charged a ₹300 service fee plus the cost of any spares required to fix the machine. However, if you agree to renew from the back-date (original expiry), this service charge is waived.
Do you provide service on Sundays?
Our technicians attend visits during normal working hours only. No visits are made on Sundays or Holidays.
Can I transfer my AMC if I sell my RO?
No, the contract is non-transferable in the event of resale or gift to another person. It is also non-transferable from one city to another.
